Sales and Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products and limited supply of materials, all sales are final and returns will only be accepted due to product defects.

Quality Guarantee

All Duck & Hide leather products are guaranteed for life against any issues arising from material or manufacturing defects. We can not guarantee our products against negligence or abuse.

Shipping

We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible, but Duck & Hide is a family owned business with a single craftsman making every piece by hand. Ready to Ship items will be shipped within 5 business days and custom orders will typically ship within 3 to 4 weeks. Lead times may be longer near holidays or if a product specifies a longer lead time due to the size and complexity. If you order a custom commission product, you will be given a lead time before you pay.

All products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. You will be notified when your product ships and be given a tracking number via email.

We do not currently ship internationally, but plan to expand soon.
